Many people have a fear of Public Speaking in some shape or form in which a person becomes very concerned that he or she will look visibly anxious, maybe even have a panic attack while speaking. As much as people try to protect themselves by doing their utmost to avoiding public speaking, they know that it is an important skill to have, whether it’s in the work-place, in the home and within society in general.
Andy’s approach in encouraging people, that are naturally averse to standing up in front of people, is very supportive and uplifting. He upholds discretion in creating a safe environment for people to 'have a go and try things out'.
